MADIRAN

Made from vines that are over 50 years old, planted on the red clayey soil of the northfacing slopes (which favours late ripening), this wine is vinified and aged for 18 months in 500L barrels… Arbison (the name of a Pyrenean peak) is, quite simply, superb.
