MALBEC VINTAGE

Vin de liqueur

A not so distant cousin to vintage port. The Malbec grapes are harvested late. Fermentation is short lived before being stopped by fortification. Then commences the ageing period in 500L barrels, which brings essential balance between the fruity notes (blackcurrant, blackberry), acidity and residual sugar to the Malbec Vintage.
