Wine from a selection of the oldest Sauvignon blanc vines, planted in very calcareous soils, facing the mill (moulin). Perfect maturity, vinification and ‘haute couture’ ageing in small wooden casks all contribute to making this a complex, precise wine. One of the great whites from the South West.
